Even if kabe/cabba's VA turns out to be a female we will get the idea of his gender if the VA make it sound like a males voice like with Kuririn or the son family....

Well, my knowledge of the Japanese language is pretty limited, so this translation of mine could be totally wrong.

What I "understand" from the summary's text (of episode 29) is that Goku is suggesting something / an idea for this U6 vs. U7 tournament (maybe the participants of his team?). The only sentence I fully understood is the very last one, which means: "Who's gonna win!?", probably referring to the tournament...

Again, don't rely on this "translation" of mine, we'd better wait for a more accurate one.

It's not. The only Kanjis mentioned in the summary are:

Chikyu "地球" = Earth.
Tataka "闘" = Fight.
Goku "悟空" = well... Goku.
Hatsuan "発案" = Idea / Invention / Brainchild.
Tenkaichi Budokai "天下一 武道会" = Martial Arts Tournament.
Keishiki "形式" = I don't really know what it means...
Sho "勝" = Win (in the summary, it's pronouced "Ka", and when combined with つ "Tsu" it makes the word "Katsu" which means "win" as well).

My guess is that the next episode is gonna revolve around the preparations of the tournament, where and when it's gonna take place, selecting the team members from Universe 7, Bulma designing the Dragon Radar of the Super Dragon Balls, etc.

So "Keishiki" was the piece of the puzzle that was missing in my understanding of the summary, it probably means "rules".

It means "format" or "style".

When they say it's going to be set-up like the TB, I assume they just mean the whole "fought in a ring, and you lose if you get a ring-out/KO'd/give up". Presumably it won't be a three round tournament of eight fighters (or four rounds with sixteen fighters, or any "tournament ladder" setup like that), since that goes against everything we've seen so far, particularly in the manga. But we'll find out next episode.
