Legends makes sense, it's an awesome game, and it has gameplay elements that haven't been touched upon even up until now.Not necessarily. Some of us just have weird tastes. For example, my favorite DBZ game in the history of ever is DBZ Legends for PS1. I'm one of the five Dragonball fans in the universe that wants to see another Super DBZ. Also very highly ranked on my list is UB22 and Supersonic Warriors.
Nobody ever seems to play these games, but (in the long run) I enjoy these games more than any other Dragonball game recent or otherwise.
Just weird tastes.
For instance when I see the BT games, and their style of gameplay, presentation, and how they were trying to make it different then the Dimps games, it seems like 1 on 1 combat only for the BT games is idiotic, ie you have a free roaming fighting games that's only two players? Had they never seen or heard of Power Stone? I remember playing as Wang Tang (who is a DBZ tribute) in Power Stone and wishing that someone would make a DBZ game in a similar style, but as such Legends has been the only DBZ fighter with more then two chars at a time fighting.
I know that most fights in DBZ are one on one and that such a style makes more sense for DBZ, but not every fight is one on one, hell the first big fight in the series is 2 Vs 1, not to mention there's no reason to limit the multiplayer (in a free roaming fighter) to 1 on 1 just because most story based fights are 1 on 1.
As for Super DBZ it's great for traditional fighter fans, the moves customization thing was pretty cool, and to top it off it probably has the best levels/stages of any DBZ fighter.
