Yeah, Movie 7 is my vote for worst. I think even Broly has more personality than Super Android 17.

Another thing is that I don't really understand the Future Gohan hype at all, not much difference between someone like him and Tenshinhan.

1. I dunno if I'd say it's the worst. It's definitely a sub-par movie but it had some of the best tracks by Shunsuke Kikuchi. Movie 11, on other hand, has no redeeming qualities to speak of.
2. I think it's because the anime made cooled him up a bit.

Anyways, speaking of Gohan:

-I fucking hate Ultimate Gohan, and I don't see why people like him. He should be called Ultimate Jackass. Seriously, you'd think the kid would learn from the events of the Cell Games that it's a bad idea to purposely prolong the battle against the enemy but nooo... he had to bathe in his own ego. Did I also forget to mention he's a fucking moron?
-Bardock is the most badass character in Dragon Ball.
-Fat Majin Boo was a terrible villain.
-Dr. Gero should have been the main villain of the Artificial Human Saga.
-Even though I agree Future Trunks loses his cool points (though not entirely) after his debut I don't really agree with him being overrated.
-Out of all the female characters, I think Chi-Chi makes for the best fanart/fanfic material.

Because Gohan fell for Boo's obvious bluff even though Piccolo was pointing out that Boo may be up to something. When your former master is telling you that your enemy has something up his/her sleeve you should listen.

That's not how it went down. Boo told Gohan he wanted to fight Gotenks, and Gohan repeatedly told him no, but then Goten and Trunks went ahead and fused. Piccolo told them not to do anything, not Gohan. And then Gotenks demanded he be allowed to fight and Gohan reluctantly agreed but told them to be careful. Gohan didn't act any differently than Piccolo here, really.

Yeah I am not too into Mystic Gohan either. I liked Gohan in his debut; he was interesting because he had Goku's fighting talent but he did not want to fight. However a big deal of his character development in the Vegeta battle was getting over that. So after that he is pretty much just a generic fighter whose only niche are his anger boosts, which are not really interesting as they never amounted to much on Namek. He does get to have the Cell Games, but in my opinion it just made him look worse as both Goku and even Cell had to baby him the entire match. I think it might be the only time the villain has to hold the heroes hand in a fight.

But things changed with the Saiyaman arc; Gohan got some really good character growth there. He finally has a proper personality, is a superhero, becomes a mentor to his little brother, and gets a girlfriend. Unfortunately by the end of the 25h Tenkaichi Budokai it seemed like all of those aspects had disappeared and Toriyama once again turned him into some idiot who cannot even catch an earring.

The thing is Toriyama basically made everyone have jackass moments after Namek.

How do you know that? He was the one saying Boo must have been up to something before Piccolo even did, after Boo blew up. He said so multiple times.

If a villain is a clear and present danger, it's not a smart idea to let him dictate the terms of the battle. If you can win, you should do so. It's like in those stories where the hero catches the bad guy and has him dead to rights, but the bad guy says "put down your gun and fight me like a man" and the hero stupidly agrees. That always annoys me.

That's actually pretty annoying; Raditz didn't even do anything wrong. He only lost because of Gohan's attack, and no one was aware of Gohan's hidden potential at that point.

Errr, I've actually always mocked Raditz, before I even knew TFS was a thing. I'm sure others have as well. There are many reasons why:

-Being about as strong as a Saibaman. When the villains can literally grow beings as strong as you... you're kind of pathetic. The only thing more pathetic is actually losing to one of those plants.
-He's the weakest villain in all of Z, not counting the Saibamen and a few filler scenes. That makes him easy to mock by default.
-He gets taken out by two guys way weaker than him. Also, he has a really easily exploitable weakness the more respectable saiyans don't have.
-He has stupid hair.
-This is a big one: he's mocked repeatedly in-universe by Vegeta and Nappa.

Also, I don't think TFS's take on Yamcha has changed much. There's a REASON Yamcha's pathetic death was a meme.

Eh; strength-related stuff never really bothered me so his status as the weakest villain in "Z" never really bothered me. He was still getting his job done, and only really lost because of Gohan's rage-attack which came out of nowhere. The only villains I actually had a problem were the Cell arc ones, and that is because either A) they just drive around all day with no real motive like the Androids or B) are so self-sabotaging they actually hold the heroes hand in battle like Cell did with Gohan.

Raditz was the strongest being Goku had ever seen to that point in the show, as short lived as it was.

Here are my unpopular opinions:

- Teen Gohan is too overrated (although I like him). I like Adult Gohan in the Buu Saga a lot better than Teen/Kid Gohan because he's a happier person and he gets to have a normal life.
- I love the Cell & Buu Saga. The Saiyan and Frieza Saga are my least favorite Sagas.
- I dislike Broly and I think he's overrated. I think he's the worst villain of the series along with Emperor Pilaf.
- I think Bulma is the most overrated female character and I like Android 18,Chi-Chi, and Videl more than her.
- Future Trunks to me is the best male character along with Gohan.
- I dislike Fat Buu.
- Vegeta should have gone Super Saiyan 3 in the Buu Saga with Goku instead of Gotenks unfairly being able to do it. I dislike Gotenks because he had so much power and decided to act like an annoying twerp instead (no offense to people who like him).
- I think Goku and Chi-Chi are okay parents because they at least try to do what's best for their kids. They may not be getting any Parents of The Year awards, but they are far from being bad (how the fandom makes them out to be). They won't win "Worst Parents of the Year" either (you know "worst parents" as in the parents who are so bad, social workers have to come and take away their kids).
- Krillin is an awesome character because he at least tries to do what's right.
- Out of all the Z-Fighters, Vegeta is my least favorite. I don't think he's a bad character. He's just not one of my favorite.

Raditz got hit by several powerful attacks, and likely had either a bruised or cracked sternum making it difficult to dodge an attack he evaded earlier. Buu fought three people that were weaker than him (goku, vegeta, and fat buu). It took three people and a wish from Porunga to stop him. You won't get an argument that Vegeta is a tough bastard, but Raditz is by no means a pushover. In comparison to where the heroes ended up, sure, but not when we first meet him.
