 No thanks. No more Freeza or anything about him ever again. I would rather see a story about his son Kuriza so long as it's well written and there aren't any bullshit power ups that put Kuriza on SSJ god level.

Freeza is a recurring and yet amazingly shallow character. I want him to have more writing.

People think that just because Toriyama won't be heavily involved in this new department, he won't be involved at all. Some of these people have absolutely no sense of gradience, they don't realize that he can be loosely involved (the same way he is now, actually).

This goes even farther than I thought anyone could, it sure did give me a headache. Also, I guess it gets the gradience point across. I'll save the rest of my complaining for when these ideas go viral.

Toriyama was going to end DB if Goku couldn't grow up so if he did after he won the 23rd Tenkaichi, we would've missed out on so much great content.

The video was removed. What kind of horror was it?
I could have gotten into anything...and yet I chose the story aimed at young Japanese boys about martial arts, and later about super-powerful aliens punching each other really hard.

Actually it was no horror. It was just a speculative video about DB getting like Star Wars, Toriyama-san having the final word even though he is not gonna write it and that we can potentially get so much new stuff like about King Vegeta, et cetera. Overall it was not really a "bad video" but premature and just over-interpreted the news.

It exaggerated the news, said that we were getting a new show, supervised by Toriyama. Went on to speculate about the "infinite possibilities".

While true, it's only a shame since it did in fact exist. If it didn't, we wouldn't have anything to miss. 16 manga volumes and 153 episodes is a lot, so I wouldn't have felt short shrifted.
The biggest truths aren't original. The truth is ketchup. It's Jim Belushi. Its job isn't to blow our minds. It's to be within reach.

Hopefully this won't be what we get from this "room".

We would if Toriyama said he had to stop because they wouldn't let him grow Goku up.

While we're at it, It would be cool to see how Ginyu got the body we saw in Z.

I agree with this. The new content I feel will just spoil this if it gets outrageous.

We don't really know if it was the right time cause we didn't get to see what the author was planning because some suits didn't like it.
Togashi also said he ended it because then he would just be writing it for the sake of money. I have the link to his interview somewhere, let me see if I can find it.

So they're basically doing what Disney has been doing with Marvel and Star Wars? Interesting, I wonder if we'll possibly see any live action movies being made from this room, this holds a lot of potential for the franchise.

It will make sense kind of from a production standpoint, but Super will only end if Toriyama leaves. If he continues to provide outlines they will keep dragging it which I hope doesn't happen.

It's easier to build a new series up from scratch to maximize its marketability, rather than try to retool a series that already had an image.
