I'm pretty sure that's Vegeta and not Nappa. You can see some hair next to his ears. Last time I checked, Nappa has a shaved head.

Well, I decided to do a review on Dragon Ball Kai Episode 1. It came out pretty crappy, but oh well. The reason I make so many mistakes is because I didn't script it at all so I could get the episode on YouTube fast.

I think it's Vegeta as well, you can kinda make out a widow's peak.

At first the opening and ending was a bit hard to agree with, but after hearing it many many times, I LOVE IT!!

I'm now looking forward to seeing some comparison shots from episode 1 with the Dragon Box, or Season Sets, whichever is compared.

I think you're being generous. The OP/END songs are disgustingly bad.

The OP/END animation is fine (from the screenshots), but I only saw the ep on YouTube so I won't comment on the actual episode animation - it looks noticeably better but not a huge leap.

Overall what I expected... I still feel this was not necessary at all. There's nothing wrong with the anime (if you ignore the Buu saga and GT).
