These two cuts really felt like the highlights of the episode.
I'm not convinced that is Higashide. I get that the general action resembles his cut from 48, but the style doesn't seem on-model enough for him. The close-up of Goku looks totally different.
I think that clip you attributed to Karasawa might actually be him. From Goku Black powering up to the end of that; I think that might just be Higashide. The effects shapes looks quite like his work on 48, too.
All of the on-model parts in episode 36 I had attributed to Miyako Tsuji , but if what I've been told is correct, the first-credited name on each episode if the animator with the most cuts. Higashide was top listed on that episode, and now second on this. I think we might have all been neglecting his talents until now.
Now that I can compare, I think the fight scene in 42 might have been him. The on-model parts of 46 -- an episode only done by three animators -- are almost certainly him, too. The only other animators were Hakamada and Yashima who both have very recognisable styles. Doesn't make sense that it would be any of them.
So we've now got Higashide and Inaba as two regular key animators who are worth paying attention to. Interesting. The latter hasn't popped up in ages. I wonder what he's up to.

Dear god, please change that image back to a link or put it in a spoiler tag. It's
huge!
But yeah, dunno what you found so funny about it. Looks fine?
