Just can't wait to read them!
It’s a bit pointless to have an account there if you’re not in Japan anyway – most sellers don’t ship overseas.
And, thanks! I try to get my scans as clear as possible.

As suspected, I didn't win.
Because Comiket was not that long ago, there's a lot of people who didn't attend that are desperate to get these.
I'll probably wait a week or so and try again. Unless someone else buys them and scans them before me.

Please don't forget DBZERO - Episode 1 [The Secret Of Bardock]. I really would like to read it!!! Seems like this is the year of Bardock!

EDIT: this is the one-and-only page I reached to get by the web (expired ebay auction, argh!) of this very rare doujinshi.

Ok... Now I'll suggest something to you... Page 38 of DBZERO:
As read into the box: "We don't know who his father is". Well, now focus on the title of Toyble's four-pages doujinshi "DBZERO: Episode 1 - THE SECRET OF BARDOCK" and now to this scan (Bardock is thinking about something...).
I just don't need to tell you more than this... suggestions?

Hopefully this will make a bit more sense:
Thanks for coming. You all really cheered me up. I've become a lot more motivated. It really is fun to draw manga after all. You've reaffirmed that for me.

Does this mean that we will get pages more reecently?

James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

So this means that the manga will continue, and not end now what I read in this thread earlier?

The manga never was going to end. The "Final Chapter" special is a one-shot flash forward to where AF's heading, which Toyble made long ago. It's presence in Volume 4 (and earlier editions of Volume 2) is no sign of Toyble wanting to end the series.

Not good story telling...at all....instead of giving acrobatic and legitimate stories about why random warriors stronger than the z fighters they just get thrown in there. I cannot possibly accept this as the continuation of dragon ball, even GT is superior. Sorry for the bashing just never did it before.

Toyble's storytelling is certainly better than Ooishi's!

Xicor is strong because he's the son of a Kaioshin and
Goku.
I have no idea why someone would find Toyble's story bad. The idea of West Kaioshin turning evil and Freeza being her son is just awesome.
The story is super great.

Really? I hate that plot point, I think West Kaioshin being Freeza's mother is simply retarded, I tend to ignore it myself.

The Frieza plot was always ok with me due to the fact I don't see it as West Kaio and King Cold having intercourse or something. I think she either used some of her DNA or heavenly influence conceive him.

If she is Freeza's mother, than Freeza should have been way, WAY, stronger than Cold, at least as powerful as a Kaioshin. And since the manga states that every Kaioshin was capable of killing Freeza in one blow...
Not to mention Coola.

It'd makes more sense if King Cold decides to make West Kaioshin the stepmother of Frieza and Cooler later after Cold found her in the space since their real mother died due to the sickness or something.
I agree with rereboy. Frieza would've be different about having some hairs and whatever looks if he's a clone of West Kaioshin and King Cold.

Toyble could just say it's because Freeza didn't train, therefore not tapping into his full potential, which is either equal to or beyond that of a Kaioshin. Though why Laila would allow her son to be weaker than her seems rather stupid as well, when she wanted him to be the strongest in the universe.
