In my opinion she loses against God Goku, so even without Time Rewind, Whis would defeat her.

Who do you think is stronger between King Cold and Cooler in his base form?

Judging from Cooler's bio "...He ordinarily has a form equivalent to Freeza's final one, and can perform one further transformation", where I take "equivalent" to include battle power, I think he'd probably have an edge over his dad just like Freeza according to the Daiz.

Then again there are other sources saying King Cold is stronger than both - BT3 says it directly and the anime makes it seem like King Cold has a noticeable battle power lead on Freeza's final form. So I guess it depends on if you compare Cooler to anime or manga Cold.

Tapion doesn't really have any feat to back up his strength, but I guess I'd go with Tapion because he's got a really OP sword.

So who's the strongest DB character that Freddy (original version) can beat inside the Dream World? In the Dream World, Freddy can able to manipulate his victims' dreams to whatever he sees fit, mostly in the form of his victims' personality and/or fears. Any injury that his victims sustain in the dream word affected them in the waking world as well.

If by "original" you mean the Robert Englund character then Freddy can pretty much steamroll any DB character. Freddy's like a reality warper and immortal in the dream world, pretty much unbeatable in the films except getting taken to the real world or some deus ex machina.

If it's the King Cold that appears in the manga/anime, then Cooler. If you meant an hypothetical final form King Cold, then it would be him. My theory is that Cooler doesn't use his lesser transformations because he is weak and his power doesn't need containing, while Cold and Frieza do.

If you don't fear Freddy than he loses his power. I doubt any of the serious fighters in Dragon Ball would fear him, besides possibly Goten and Trunks. Then if a teenage girl can outsmart Freddy and bring him into the real world, you can bet that prodigal combat geniuses like Goku, Piccolo, and Vegeta can too.
