Black should be able to win alone if he can land a hit. That laser beam was ridiculously strong (made a crater with a 4.5 meter diameter by vaporizing concrete), and his mech has a nuclear(?) missile in the back that he can fire if he gets desperate. Now, excluding Black and considering the others, they should win if they're armed. Tao is really fast and strong and all, but he was heavily wounded by a mere concussion grenade to the face at point blank range. Even post-Karin Goku, who totally kicked Tao's ass, could be hurt be rifle bullets. So just throw some explosives at him or shoot him a bunch. Freeza and Cell stay in Hell because they wanted to kill Goku in Hell knowing that they can't die the second time and they plan out the whole trap with Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu. I didn't forget about the moment with Cell since it looks like that they where just powering up their ki normally. It didn't seem like that they got stronger to me.
