Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I'm just about done with the concept of reboots and making shows that were products of their time and impactful "new and sexy" and in line with modern tastes and sensibilities. Let stuff stay in their era and give today's kids their own shit to watch.
I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

The giant ape duo overwhelm Beerus and then crush Goku and Vegeta, due to Evil Bardock being hax as fuck, according to DBH.

Even though Oozaru Evil Bardock came from Dragon Ball Heroes, it's not like if he couldn't appear in Dragon Ball Online with the power he had there, you know. I didn't specify, so... You could choose.
Chou_Gohan wrote:SSjin 3 Goku (Battle of Gods) vs Super Boo
Goku was ready to cease existing and fuse with Vegeta instead of fight Super Buu on his own. I don't see a reason to think he's vastly superior to his Buu arc counterpart, so Goku most likely loses.
Also, Goku's implied to be weaker than Super Saiyan Gotenks in that movie by Vegeta, so if that holds true, then Goku loses badly.
Chou_Gohan wrote:SSjin 3 Goku (Battle of Gods) vs Super Boo
I highly doubt Goku got any stronger as a SSJ3 by the time BOG happened. There's just far too much of a gap in terms of power between SSJ3 Goku and Super Boo, that even the mastering the transformation wouldn't make a difference.
Super Boo, still, finger flicks.

Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
Spoiler:
Doctor. wrote:I've explained before, I'll just paraphrase myself.
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

I didn't know Goku was implied to be weaker than Gotenks, if anything Vegeta was astounded that Goku could be defeated in "two blows". For me that's a massive jump for Goku as he would've got one shotted by SSJ3 Gotenks or Chou Gohan. I take it there's a part I'm missing though?
Oh and on the topic of the fight Chou_Gohan, Goku loses but he puts up a decent fight.

After Beers takes out Gotenks, Vegeta says he didn't realize Beers was this OP, but he knew Beers took down Goku in two hits. If Goku was >/>> Gotenks, Vegeta shouldn't have been shocked at Beers taking him down.
Yeah but I thought that was just general talk, Beerus took out Buu, Chou Gohan, Vegeta, Piccolo, 18, Tenshinhan and Gotenks so easily that Vegeta was just surprised. They were all pretty much one shotted, and Vegeta could probably tell they were being toyed with too.
I don't deny that Gotenks is more powerful, but he isnt more powerful than Goku in SSJ3 as a SSJ anymore IMO. They're two statements that clash but the one you stated can just be because everybody there was toyed with. Gohan was definitely still the most powerful out of the Z senshi, though.

I think Doctor Manhattan would win too. I still think that he can beat any DB character so far. I don't think Whis at his best can win going from what we have seen so far.
