Well, there is a big difference between Cell and #17 & #18. Cell had DNA modifications, and he developed "naturally" into a fully-grown being. #17 & #18 had bodily modifications directly by Dr. Gero. Dr. Gero wasn't around to add an organic infinite & stealth ki generator to Cell.

And I didn't state otherwise.

My point was simply that, unlike #17 and #18, he can be sensed and doesn't have infinite energy. Therefore, it stands to reason that the reason why it's like that is because of the non-organic elements in #17 and #18, but if those elements were just the bomb and the shut off mechanism, it wouldn't make much sense for them to have those differences. So, its my opinion that they have non-organic elements in their energy generation, namely a infinite energy generator.

Does a higher resolution of this scan exist? I've never seen the full page and so it's my first time seeing Bloochi and the horror that is Gograry. (I've seen the equally horrific Pochi before.)
Also, is that one below Bloochi a Tenshinhan and Bulma fusion?!

Interesting that Piccolo and Gokû fusion is called "Piccolotto" (using the Kakarrotto name instead).

I don't think I've ever seen a full version of it that was bigger than that, but there are larger images that cover all parts of it. I don't remember where to look though...
