Huh, since Lunch with blue hair would probably not rob a bank, does this mean blonde Lunch was her original... "form," I guess, for lack of a better word, since I don't know the validity of calling it a "transformation." It's more of a disorder.

I think it's filler, because I barely remember it. But I seem to remember her arriving in her blue-haired form while everyone was talking about the blonde-haired one. Then she sneezed, transformed, everyone freaked out and chaos happened.

By "transformed for the first time", it just means in the series. That filler scene is the first time we ever see her transform in the manga.
