The narrator is Kaiou?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

For a long time I've liked the idea of Kaiou being the narrator, even if it isn't technically the case.

This makes me think of how infinitely better the Funi DB narrator would be as the voice of Kaio than his current Funi voice.

I'm going to go against what I'm seeing as popular opinion and say that I simply don't like the majority of Brice Armstrong's voices in DB/Z/Etc...
But if he used his narrator voice for Kaio, I might not complain. Much. XD. I fear though that with Kaio's sense of humor, some of the aspects of Armstrong's performances that I don't care for would wind up common. :(.

On a randomly somewhat-related note that I completely forgot until this post...
I did have a dream once involving Kaio talking to who I think was supposed to be Yamcha, in which Kaio's voice did sound much more like the narrator of the original (I actually haven't heard Japanese Kaio, as I recall... ). Catch is that I'm pretty sure I'd not heard any Japanese DB/Z at that point (unless it was the Super Butoden games... but I question even that).
:?

[edit] Ur, not saying there was anything Coast-to-Coast-ish about said dream; the voice was similar, but not exact (and in English and such). I think it was just a happy coincidence. Ur, and I have no idea what Kaio and Yamcha were discussing, either...[/edit]
