I'd probably just wait until you're a tad bit older to do it, then.

1) It'd be easier to get the resources since you'd be old enough to buy stuff from people on the forum yourself.

2) All of Kai will be finished/released in the US, so it'd be easier to purchase. That, and by then all the earlier volumes will be cheaper.

He's taking you seriously, it's just that the way you're going about it now will be difficult to even begin let alone get an actual product finished.

First suggestion, get a better microphone. If that's what an entire episode is going to sound like, especially when you're yelling, I'd quit watching almost immediately. Second suggestion, not to be mean, but you might want to take some lessons and really hone your voice acting skills. If you're going to do this, you might as well do it the best you can.

Man, I tried to make a fandub of DBGT back in the day, and what I learned from that is that you shouldn't try to aim for more than one episode, because getting the everything right isn't easy... and if you're not gonna get anything right, you shouldn't dub at all. And no, I can't sing at all.
