Broly battle power:

As shown in the battle against Oolong, Goku (battle power = 10) can break several stones with a finger. Mr. Satan fail to destroy tiles with his hand in a karate move. So let's put Videl with a battle power of 7.

There is a difference between ki and physical strength.
Goku at a ki level of 10 does not represent what he is capable of doing/withstanding.
It represents the power of his weakass Kamehameha at the time.
And in my opinion it's an inconsistency, that he couldn't destroy Pilaf's brick wall without it, since Goku had shown he was able to destroy rocks with his bare hands and break bricks with his finger. He should have been able to punch through that brick wall, yet he wasn't, because it was "too strong"...

My bad, yea I will try to tone it down. Just wanted to bring up that Base Goku is suggested to be stronger than Freeza, which generally makes a lot of people go ZOMG. Your right though, TOEI products are not worth looking deeply into power wise, they do not care one bit.
