Swearing and nudity on normal channels past 9pm. I had to look up the term "watershed," but we do have something like that. 10PM seems to be the universally accepted start of "adult" content, but I'm not sure if it's an actual law or anything. For instance, South Park has always aired new episodes at 10PM, and never used to air earlier than that, but at some point they started playing reruns in the 9PM hour. Actually, plenty of blood was shown on UK TV at 5pm prime time and even morning reruns of Buu saga DBZ, DBGT and especially DB.
