The one time I had an issue with an Amazon bought item was my copy of The Long Halloween... since I live in Australia, they didn't even make me send back the copy that fell apart. They just sent me a new one by Registered mail. I was so happy with it, especially since it was the special edition and I ended up with an extra set of figures.
Whether or not they are that good to everyone, I couldn't say.
