All 3 OVAs are referred to as 天地無用! 魎皇鬼 Tenchi Muyô! Ryô-Ôki. One would assume that the one who "randomly" picked the name was the creator, Masaki Kajishima.

I was told they were trying to come up with a random name for the continuation since it had been a while and just decided it was the only thing they could come up with. Still, thanks for the correction ^^
