I would pretty much keep all of the filler that doesn't directly contradict the manga; exceptions would be made for really boring filler like the first episode where Gohan wanders around the forest doing nothing of interest, and things would obviously be tightened like the staring contests and such.
Yes, I would keep Fake Namek.
