Dragon balls only having power of creator?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

Technically the amount of energy cumulated in bonds of material contained in atomic bomb isn't greater than in most of the things. The matter is the short time of reaction that releases it.

As doctors proverb say "Second of play for any asshole, months of hard work for me". Destroying is always easier than creating. In fact to kill you just need reason and no psychical limitation. To create or even safe- long, not always working process. To destroy Goku and others ju just need small form of degenerated parasite or nucleic acid. What is more stated that they can bear little clot blocking main vein or that they can live with destroyed brain steam.

To kill a human it would take a great deal of strength but to create one is another matter. I've always been under the assumption that wishes, with the magic of the dragonballs and the creators power, are able to accomplish certain tasks because they are much easier to do than others. This is why we don't see mass resurrections and teleportations in one wish.
Wait, What? Yeah we do see mass resurrections and teleportations with one wish. And where do you get that it takes more power to destroy than to create?
When do we see a wish that has mass resurrections and teleportations? It has always been one wish to mass resurrect and one wish to mass teleport. Of course it takes less energy to create than destroy, when do you ever need the power of a nuclear bomb to create a person?
LOLOLOL. It takes a lot more energy to create a person if you know what i mean LOLOLOL. But yeah i agree in principle, but if kami had the magic power to create dragon balls that can wish people back to life, then he should be able to do it himself.

Because it's the same wish, but worded in a sneaky way. If I were a genie, I'd kick people's asses when they try to get around rules with semantics like that.

Not according to the laws of physics, but since when did Dragon Ball care about those?

Chi & magic > laws of physics.

Bussani I'm afraid that genies are described as terrible bureaucrats that would put all Earth judges into scheme with fulfilling wishes into last letter.

We sill have no explanation about killing vs resurrecting issue. I'd rather accept "no killing principle full stop" than sneaky excuses. If their rules are drastically different from laws of physics it should be mentioned, not left as it is.
