The power it takes to destroy something is a lot more compared to the power to create something. To kill a human it would take a great deal of strength but to create one is another matter. I've always been under the assumption that wishes, with the magic of the dragonballs and the creators power, are able to accomplish certain tasks because they are much easier to do than others. This is why we don't see mass resurrections and teleportations in one wish.

When do we see a wish that has mass resurrections and teleportations? It has always been one wish to mass resurrect and one wish to mass teleport. Of course it takes less energy to create than destroy, when do you ever need the power of a nuclear bomb to create a person?

Because it's the same wish, but worded in a sneaky way. If I were a genie, I'd kick people's asses when they try to get around rules with semantics like that.

Bussani I'm afraid that genies are described as terrible bureaucrats that would put all Earth judges into scheme with fulfilling wishes into last letter.

We sill have no explanation about killing vs resurrecting issue. I'd rather accept "no killing principle full stop" than sneaky excuses. If their rules are drastically different from laws of physics it should be mentioned, not left as it is.
