Well, two or three if you count the Silver Age character and the Donner films character.

I'm not sure there is
any Goku in all of Dragon Ball (filler and all) that accomplishes something even the weakest incarnation of Superman hasn't matched. In a weird way, Krillin is probably more capable of killing Superman than Goku is if the Kienzan can honestly cut through
anything, Cell filler notwithstanding. Cooler gets "killed" in the sun. Superman is
always able to resist the sun's heat. Goku gets burned, gets cold, nearly dies on Namek because he can't survive in the vacuum of space, dies in an explosion, etc. He trains with weights on his limbs and weighted clothing that amount to essentially nothing for Superman, too. And Superman trained with both Batman (who knows 127 martial arts) and Wonder Woman, so he actually might even be a better fighter, too. If not, he's still no slouch in that regard. Superman is vulnerable to magic but I don't think Dragon Ball's ki attacks qualify.
Really, the only incarnation of Superman that doesn't completely dwarf Goku is the Animated Series incarnation that the creators specifically went out of their way to depower even further than he was immediately post-Crisis. And even that version snaps back to his more "standard" self later on in Justice League Unlimited, essentially admitting, in his awesome 'world of cardboard' speech, that he had been heavily holding back the whole time. The only version of Superman Goku outright trounces is the original Action Comics #1 era Superman before he could even fly.
