Thoughts on Yajirobe?

Great character in Dragon Ball and early Z. Unfortunately after the Saiyan arc he basically became a nobody who made a cameo every couple of hundred chapters. Would've liked to see him become more of a main character.

I like him. He pretty much gives like zero fucks the whole series and is actually pretty strong to the point where it's comical. You have Gokuu and Tenshinhan, both skilled martial artists who trained their whole lives and are fighting geniuses. Then Yajirobe comes and is of equal strength to them.

Oh, and his sword is cool too. Gotta love Katanas.

Listen, people give him shit for being himself, but how many people out there nowadays don't care about what people think? This guy is awesome, and uber confident, props.
And he's a skillful swordsman. He reminded me of the guy who ran around like a charging samurai in the movie with the blind swordsman.

Lets see, he could keep up with 22nd TB Goku without any known ki training and he seemed to have a lot more fighting potential, he has black messy hair, he has a huge apatite, he barely ages much and the only hair he ever grows is a moustache (like GT Vegeta).

Maybe he's Gokuu's cousin, on the mother's side of course since his hair is similar to Radditz's.

Perhaps maybe he is Goku's cousin, except he never grew taller, found Ninja Murasaki's sword in the Northern Mountains right after Murasaki died and then kept eating his own tail until it stopped growing.
