We all know this, but when he bashes almost every single dub everyone else likes that's when we (we=Anime community) question it. Of course the DBZ dub sucks even with Kikuchi's music. DBGT's dub actually is tolerable with the Tokunaga score. Dragon Ball's dub is the best one pre-Kai. One dub that really sucks is Digimon. I'd say it sucks more than DBZ's dub does, but this is not a Digimon forum.

I've always liked Vic and that part at the beginning was great.
Off Topic: You can probably tell I'm a pretty big FMA fan and I prefer most things in Brotherhood but Aaron Dismuke's Alphonse is better that Maxey Whitehead other than that I Think everyone's roles in Brotherhood where better. Also If penguintruth doesn't like many dubs what about Cowboy Bebop? (Anyone fell free to throw in your two cents on this dub too)

I actually enjoy most English dubs these days. But the FMA dubs, despite having some good performances (Auten, Dismuke, Whitehead, Sabat, Young, Williams, Baker, Rial, Willingham, Clinkenbeard, Ayres, Cook, Douglas), it has way more poor ones (Powell, Glass, Patton, Mignogna, Blaylock, Vale, Grant, Clarke, Palencia, Christian, McFarland, Foronda, Connoly, Inman, Russell, McNeil, Jenkins, Brannan, Green, etc) and many of them in key roles (like Mignogna, Glass, Clarke, Patton, and Powell). It's not terrible, but it's a massively overrated production.

But this is way off track from the topic.

But he's also a fighter, through and through [...] he fight until he has, in no uncertain terms, beaten his enemy on terms they can both acknowledge. He doesn't want to kill anyone, or even prove that he can win... he just wants to know he can. He's an ineffably charming bastard who's manly leanings were really incendental, and yes, the fact that he was voiced by a squeaky woman made the combination perhaps all the more charming.
