Supposedly, Bobbidi's dormant power-pulling ability was no different from anyone else's and a separate thing from his mind control. Maybe he can only do it to people under his control, but I don't see why the power would disappear if they escaped his influence.

BoG had Vegeta being stronger than Goku, so as far as BoG is concerned I think SSG Vegeta would be stronger.

It was brief and a shoenen moment. If Chi Chi or Videl were in a similar predicament, I could see Goku and Gohan doing the same thing.

If Vegeta had a rage boost, I don´t see why Kakarotto can not have it.

In BOG, we see Vegeta trained in the gravity chamber and Goku trained is the other World. The two are training hard but, always there is a big difference in their powers.

I just don't know if he gets to keep the power if he is no longer is under Babidi's influence. Though if what Babidi does is the same as everyone else. I guess Vegeta kept the power boost.

Yeah, I think it does. The way it is described in the manga has always lead me to believe that it was separate from Babidi's control and no different to other instances of unlocking dormant power.

@MDT I wasn't saying Goku couldn't have it, but I was under the impression that BoG said something about Vegeta's training making him surpass Goku. And I think if they started out equal they'd stay equal for a time, since Goku seems stronger than Vegeta in the Boo Arc because he had the head start at the Cell Games.

Since you like using the anime so much, Goku SSJ2 did much better against Pure Buu than Vegeta SSJ2 did. So I'm pretty sure even at that point Goku > Vegeta. Especially after Vegeta flat out states it is so.

If chi-chi got hit goku would not even care. Plus goku never gets angry. He complained but never got a rage boost. Wants vegeta gets mad usally a disadavantage. But in this movie its an advantage.

Tambourine killing Krillin? Goku coming back to find out that almost all the Z-Fighters were killed by Nappa? Tao Pai Pai killing Bora? Frieza killing innocent people? Goku has been mad on several occasions

Not necessarily. Goku and Piccolo Daimao were dead even, according to official power levels. Yet Goku's rage allowed his punch to break through Piccolo's block and kill him.
Remember that Goku was extremely injured at this time, with 3 broken limbs. He would have had to have some kind of boost to kill Piccolo.

Well if chi-chi or videl got hit nothing will happen goku and gohan get their potential unlocked. Vegeta's rage is potential if he gets it unlocked he probaly will not go through it again.
