Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
Rarely. I used to more often but my interest and time is currently dedicated elsewhere. I do plan on casually re reading the manga once I finish my VizBig collection (only 3 more to go!).

Once a year I guess. In between my marathons I may occasionally watch a favorite episode or scene. The ocean dub movies are great to watch for a little something different. Good English DBZ right there.

I usually re-watch the fights on Youtube in (the) form of AMV. 'Cause it looks cool.
Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
Quite frankly never. I sometimes watch an episode or two but that's all. I can't stand the pacing of the anime. On the other hand, I try to reread the manga every year. Actually I always prefer reading to watching - so it's the same for me with all the other anime series (and with the majority of the movies as well).

I actually haven't watched the series in its entirety since I got the Dragon Boxes and I actually don't envision myself going back to it any time in the near future, as there are other series in my collection I have yet to get to.

I haven't done a rewatch for a while.. Years upon years.. I really wanna rewatch Dragonball and then build up to kai..
The only dragonball related thing I've been watching is abridged.. That's kinda like a rewatch I guess..

Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
After the original broadcast (1999-2003, entire series three times in a row, without special episodes and theatrical movies) I rewatched:
1. Dragon Ball - ~4 times (last time was in the last summer - I broke a leg and I had too much of the free time)
2. Dragon Ball Z - ~3 times (one time on demand)
3. Dragon Ball GT - ~2 times
I'm often watching some selected scenes from the series and from the movies.
In 2011 I planned to rewatch Dragon Ball Z but FUNimation canceled these plans. I collected the manga when it was originally released (2001-2003) and I didn't read it since ~2004 (I almost memorized it back then

Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
Hopefully this is not to old to comment on but. I used to re-watch the series quite often. Now a days. I might re-watch some scenes once or twice a month. I get enough of the series when I make Amvs. So I most likely seen EVERY action scene of DBZ almost every week.
Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
As for myself, I ususally watch a few episodes daily, most of the time its either the Ocean/Canadian cast of Z or the FUNi Kai dub.

I watched it all the time growing up, but like if you eat your favorite food everyday, it lost its meaning. It took me a few years to get back into it, and now, other than taking about it, I haven't seen it in nearly a year.

I mostly watch it nowadays for conventional reasons.

Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
Starting from January of 2013, I've read the Dragonball ball manga up to the Namek Saga, watched Dragon ball four times, watched Dragon Ball Z two times, Dragon Ball Z Kai four times with the Boo Arc, and 3/4ths of GT twice. It's the only series I don't get bored of besides the Simpsons seasons 1-8 and I would only do that once a year.

Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
I'm currently watching the buu saga of Dragon Ball Z with the funi dub since in Canada we got that horrible ocean dub for that part of the series. also I am currently watching Kai in its entirety uncut on DVD and Blu Ray and so far it blows the old funimation dub right out of the water. In fact Kai got me hooked on to the series again. I am also watching the original Dragon Ball with the funimation for the first time because in Canada we had the blue water dub.

How do you watch the series?
I watch the Japanese version of DB/Z/GT, and the dub of Kai. I watch the movies around the time they correspond to the series. By that I mean DBZ movie 1 before DBZ episode 1, movie 3 between episodes 56-57, etc. I also watch Kai between episodes of Z. Then to cap it off, for GT, I watch the final episode but stop before the flash forward, watch the TV special, and then watch the final scene of episode 64.

Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
The first time I watched Z in full was the Orange Bricks back in 07-09. then GT, in 2010, then DB. In 2010-2012
After I finished my first run of DB, I went right into Z...then started over at DB again and went up to GT, which I just finished about 2 months ago. (I only watch 2-3 episodes per week). Now I'm watching the movies
While I want to rewatch the series, I don't want to get bored of it, so what I do is, every Friday (my watch DB/DBZ day) I randomly pick a season from either of the 3 series, and watch 2-3 episodes from that disc.
Edit: I watch DB in the dub, DBZ Ep 1-67 dub with Kikuchi, then 68-291 dub with Faulconer, and GT dub with Japanese music

Re: How often do you rewatch the series?
Hmmm this will prove to be a great exercise in remembering what I watched first and what my watching is like these days. It started with Toonami and watching the Ocean dub of DBZ. Then continuing on with the Funimation dub on Toonami and finishing all the way through.
Then came watching GT with Funimation's dub and watching everything except the "Lost Episodes". After that I would just recycle through the episodes on the orange bricks. Then eventually came the Dragon Boxes and so I watched the series again on them.
Currently I'm watching Dragon Ball all the way through with my wife (never watched all the episodes before) in Japanese while watching Kai in Japanese as well. I think it will be a long while before I re-watch my Dragon Boxes because I currently would not able to handle all that filler. So for me I do like to switch it up from time to time and If I do end up taking breaks from watching DB I usually take the breaks in 6-12 month sessions.
