The human body is pretty adaptable so perhaps if done very gradually you might be able to develop some kind of tolerance to it (obviously not Dragon Ball levels of tolerance, of course). It would probably make you somewhat stronger and light on your feet when you return to normal gravity but you'd also start reverting back pretty quickly. Your joints would also take a serious beating. Whatever the case, the value of such a thing would be minimal considering we already have a proven method of "gravity training." It's called weight lifting.

Gravity training number in DB are wrong, and using it as basis to draw a conclusion for strength of DB characters causes inconsistencies.

Akira Toriyama is absolutely wrong with Weight training numbers or gravity numbers in relation to what they perform on panel.

Kuririn couldn't lift a single 20 kg boot of Son-Goku in 23rd Budokai Tenkaichi but as a Kid he trained with 20 Kg and 40 Kg turtle shells.
and yet has strength capable of leaping up-to clouds and pushing huge boulders.

Mercenary Tao can cross 2300 Km throwing stone pillar.Just throwing such a heavy object across 2300 km requires strength in the thousands to million of Tons of strength in his single hand, But after that he even leaped to catch the pillar mid flight. For this the leg muscles need doubles the strength of the hand.

From Wikipedia:
A trained, fit individual wearing a G-suit and practicing the straining maneuver, can, with some difficulty, sustain up to 9G without loss of consciousness.

Goku should be able to handle around 1000s of G during king Kaio training going by the strength shown in early DB by Kuririn,Kid Goku,Mercenary Tao, Nam (ナム, Namu).

What kind of training? I'm very fit [I'm a boxer (only 16)] so I just wanted to know a rough estimate on how much I can take
Canon is Jaco, Dragon Ball except for EoZ, Dragon Ball Super anime and manga (both are separate canons)
Kai >>> Z
Current Roshi/Kulilin >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> SSJ3 Gotenks

There's a big difference between a jet pilot or astronaut being subjected to high g-forces in a seat for a small amount of time to someone actually standing up and walking around in higher gravity over an extended period of time.

BTW, here's something neat: If you want to do real "gravity training", your best bet is to move to the North Pole: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20 ... 105345.htm
