As an addendum to my prior post... my 3DS Friend Code is in my signature, and my Steam username is KaboomKrusader.

My PSN name is also KaboomKrusader, though all I have right now that even uses it is my PSP, and no online games for it. But I am planning to get a Vita sometime next month, and hopefully J-Stars Victory Vs for it sooner rather than later, so I'd love to play with and lose to some of you guys when I do. Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 is also at the top of my "Vita games to get" list, in case any of you happen to have that.

There is a two-week free trial of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn going on right now. It seems to be confirmed that you can carry over any progress made to a full copy of the game (should you decide to buy it, and should you do so within 90 days). And for what it's worth; I'm not a big MMO kinda guy but I found A Realm Reborn hugely enjoyable. There's a lot of great lore if that's your kinda thing as well as featuring a really accessible introductory stage to the game. I love Final Fantasy so it was a bit of a no brainer to try it out but, even if you aren't, I've got many friends who have no interest in JRPGs in general, let alone Final Fantasy, who are hooked!

It's such a shame that I just don't have the money to keep playing it. Hugely enjoyed the alpha and beta stages and played obscene amounts during my 30-day trial but damn, the poor life of a student! :cry:

I'll second this. I've really enjoyed ARR so far. In the same boat of student life as you are, so I only got about a month of playing in, but I'll be going back to it pretty soon.

@VegettoEX, I've got a new character on the Midgardsormr server. Are you still trying to get people to join the Kanzenshuu Free Company?

I'm a level 20 noob who hasn't been playing long (only since I got my PS4), and I've been struggling to fit a lot of gaming in recently because work has been a total bitch, but for whatever it's worth, I'm Kai Rai'in on Midgardsormr.

If anyone else plays Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, I'd be happy to join in. That's about the only online game I play, so I'm pretty limited; there's also Mario Kart 7, but I almost never play it.
