Hope you mean PS4, PC and XO because the last-gen (360, PS3) are possibly holding Dimps back from fully focusing on the current-gen versions for absolute optimisation.

I wish One Piece: Unlimted World Red would've been released for PS4, PC and XO too because it's so addictive and a beautiful artistic game.

C'mon now. The Wii U is not selling well and tons of 3rd Parties jumped ship for a reason. Most Nintendo fans don't care for 3rd Party like that.

I hope Nintendo comes out with a more modern hardware but with free online and diverse games. I want Ninty to thrive as well.

Why are you even talking about Nintendo right now? You're drifting off what you've said "a sequel on those platform" as you know this can't work properly if Bandai Namco demands Dimps to work on Xenoverse 2 for the last-gen consoles (around 2018-19 so there's no chance the last-gen consoles are even supported any more perhaps by the makers only at that point).

More and more games are starting to ditch last-gen versions (as such is Dying Light) so it's for the better.

Cross promotional DLC with Heroes, thus leading to an SS4 Broly like I've seen everyone make a video about wanting (Om3gapro, Rhymestyle, UnrealEntGaming, Thundershot69 etc), will make this game B3 or BT3 level in success. Best DB game ever, people would call it. All from giving fans what they want in the form of downloadable content.

SSj3 Vegeta and LSSj3 Broli was in the first Raging Blast game to promote Dragon Battlers, so LSSj4 Broli to promote Heroes being in the game is possible.

I don't know why, but everytime I see "LSSJ4 Broly", I just shiver. I mean, why is that even a thing? :wtf:

Personally from playing the network test of Xenoverse, this is how I would sum up the experience:

What I liked about the game:
Character customization. Seriously, this is the winning feature of game, hands down.
The combat mechanics. Its like a hybrid of Burst Limit, Tenkachi, Budokai and Battle Of Z... and it works really well.
The Hub world is freakin amazing. Everything about it was flawless pulled off. Even the music is really good and quite catchy
The graphics are very good for the PS3. It reminds me a lot of Burst Limit.
The team battles can be insane amount of fun but...

What I didn't like about the game:
...they can also be total clusterfucks and drive you up the wall with frustration
The framerate is very hit and miss in online battle, even with best connection
Some of the ultimates are broken. Nappa's ultimate being the most hax. You can't block or dodge it
The controls can be a bit weird and stiff
The lock on system needs to be changed. It doesn't work quite well.

So far I'd give the game a solid 8/10. There still quite a bit of work to be done before the game gets released but so far, it's looking very good. :)

I blocked Nappa's ult multiple times with nearly no damage. Yes you do the "hit by ult animation" but the damage I received was equal to a light attack and you can recover from the animation easily.

I also had zero connection or framerate issues when playing.

I vanished away from Nappa's ultimate many times.
It's not that hard really, you need to time it just right.

The game won't flop, it will do outstanding. It just won't do as outstanding as it could do, I think. I wanted the combat and movement, and the way the game feels, to be a little better. I don't know how to describe it, but this concept of feeling is important to me. Maybe someone else can better explain this.

Also, the game feels a little toyish. I don't remember the last time I truly felt like I was playing in the DBZ world.

Honestly? This game just looks like another focused on fan service. I was gonna say 'gimmicks and fan service', but then it'd seem like I am undermining the quality of the game; I think the 2v1 etc shiz is totally wack and gimmicky. But funny to think that Dimps could focus so much on gimmicks and fan service and still turn out a decent fighter. Well I'm going to stop asking for a 3D fighting game now, they've had enough go's at it and have even gotten their best to give it a shot. Burst Limit New-Gen please...

Um... B3 set the standard for Dragon Ball games and introduced so many revolutionary mechanics in Dragon Ball games, which are still being used to this day. Burst Limit was simply, mindless fun. But it could have been so much more than it was.

Judging by his/her comments he/she may be a tenkaichi fan-boy/girl.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

I just think they're horrible games, that's it. Those generic string and cancelling with authentic melee attack not related to the source material.

Same here. In Xenoverse, you can actually charge ki. I mean, what DBZ game doesn't allow you to build up ki?
Battle of Z and Kai Ultimate Butoden say 'HI!'/

There's no way this can flop. A really interesting story with a legit character creation. I'd bet my bottom dollar this will not be unsuccessful.
