Yeah...that's pretty weird too. She's friggen 10. Though some people love pairing little kids up which baffles me.

He only takes about what type of movie to see, but the implications are there when he tries to grab at her then stops.

I understand your point, but I have to disagree. Pan is too small (and flat) to be a 15 year old. Especially when compared to the other girls in DB like Bulma for example. Pan was also seen watching children's cartoons on the TV:
