It's already been confirmed that the beginning of Super will take place before Battle of Gods. So that doesn't confirm anything for post BoG or RF Goku yet.

The way I see it is that Goku didn't completely master his God power in BoG which is why his hair & aura didn't change. After spending the next 13 months training, his regular Super Saiyan & God mixed to make Bluper Saiyan. So technically when he goes Bluper, he still IS turning into an SS. Just one modified by his godly power.

Yes, because that's what we've been led to believe. And I think I still kinda do. At least until the concepts brought into 'F' get fully expanded on and explained.

In Battle of Gods, after his first Super Saiyan God transformation, he turned Super Saiyan, but his body was only starting to learn the use of that power. My understanding is that, after Whis' training, Goku and Vegeta's bodies fully acquired that Super Saiyan God power that Goku was starting to use in Battle of Gods, while outside of that form.

The million dollar question is wether Goku and Vegeta HAVE Super Saiyan God power or if they CAN USE it in battle. This is what we need to know.

In Heroes, their base forms from 'F' are refered to as "神(かみ)を超えたサイヤ人" (Saiyan that has surpassed god) which many people though would be the official name for Super Saiyan God SS. Incidentally, it's not directly refering to Super Saiyan God, as it's written out as "kami" instead of "goddo" so it's vague enough that it doesn't really point one way or the other, even if it almost implies that.

In both Heroes and Xenoverse, Goku refers to Super Saiyan God SS with the term "超サイヤ人神を超えた力" (Power that has surpassed Super Saiyan God), while Vegeta says "超サイヤ人神の上を行く力" (Power that goes beyond Super Saiyan God). They're saying the same thing but, along with Goku's "explanation" of it being Super Saiyan with the power of Super Saiyan God, it just doesn't say what we want to know.

TL;DR: Do they tap into Super Saiyan God power and THEN go Super Saiyan? Because they trained to attain that Super Saiyan God power even in their base form, do they always go Super Saiyan God SS now? We really don't know. I guess that's the only true answer right now.

Off-topic-ish: At least with Gohan we can say that he was SUPPOSED to not go Super Saiyan, since the requirement to go into his Ultimate mode was "do that Super thingy". But you can explain that away with him slacking off, which could also explain why he's always getting his hidden potential unlocked.
Though, ya gotta wonder what would happen if he tried to go Super Saiyan 2 instead.

Not really. The reason why Goku could keep up with Beerus after losing his god form, is because his body already had absorbed God Ki. And because of that, his power didn't decreased so much.

Actually I think it was more his body was using something similar to adrenaline, Beerus never flat out said Goku absorbed it also Goku lost the upperhand pretty quickly (after the Kamehameha blast I believe) and if Goku did absorb the power of SSG at that point then there was no way he should have transformed into SSG again. I think when Goku went SS his body was in the process of absorbing the SSG power and only became fully absorbed when Goku took in the Beerus bomb attack, hence why Goku looks so out of it afterwards.

What Beerus says directly contradicts your logic, though.

"It seems as though while you had turned God and were fighting me, you absorbed that world into your body. Which is why, even though you've returned to normal, you haven't powered down all that much."

He flat out said Goku absorbed it, and he's saying while Goku's still trying to push back Beerus' attack, in response to Goku keeping up with him all that time after the Super Saiyan God transformation ran out.
BEFORE the other temporary transformation, before he (as you said) supposedly would've absorbed Beerus' attack.

You said that like Beerus uses "it seems" as if doesn't know what's up. He does. Which is why he goes on to saying "Which is why...you haven't powered down all that much." Which is why. Acknowledging that "it seems" that happened.

I'm focusing on that because you say that:

When we know very little to none about Super Saiyan God to begin with, to know wether or not that's would or is the case.
