DBZ In Africa; rare Manadarin dub subbed in english airing?!

I've got a theory about this. Like Kei says in this thread, the company who has the rights for DB has the rights for an already-produced dub. They would probably have to pay more money to air DB in japanese rather than using their dub. As for the costs to translate their dub into english, I have no idea how much that costs. They might simply just slap FUNimation's subs onto that dub... Who knows...
