It’s not fair
... I live in England! I really wish I could go because it sounds so awesome (me and my friend are probably the only db, dbz and dbgt fans at school!)

Cheeseburger in Paradise, eh? We went there last year. There's an interesting story connected to that, but I think I'll let Mike tell it in person.Saiyan wrote:After recording, how 'bout lunch or something? Cheeseburger in Paradise has the best burgers I've ever had, along with other great food, and opens at noon.

Please, this thread is to be solely dedicated to the actual convention and gathering. I understand that some of you live far away and can't make it, but I would greatly appreciated it if this could remain an efficient and non-verbose thread. Thanks!

Gah. . . Actually, there's been a change of plans for me. I'm going on Friday from around 1pm - 12am. I can't go on Saturday because my mom is afraid of highways, and my dad's working. Plus, they're worried that they'll be people there who like 16-year old girls and 13-year old little boys.
Have fun with the podcast, though! I'm really sorry I won't be able to make it! Maybe when I move out of my parents' house they'll let me go to the Meadowlands by myself.

What's scarier than a DBZ H-game?

Oh great. Just great. If you're gonna be with the group, what's the danger?veshira wrote:...Plus, they're worried that they'll be people there who like 16-year old girls and 13-year old little boys.![]()

You'll need to use all of your persuasive skills to get out of this one...
I was looking forward to a group shot, in a Dragonball pose. Who's gonna take pics?

Well, the thing about this particular group - my parents don't know you, and even if they did they probably wouldn't trust me hanging out with a bunch of guys. They're a bit over protective, though I can actually see their point here. My brother's a handful.
Oh, and if anyone sees a 5'0, barely 100 pounds girl with short hair, and a GT Trunks plushie hanging from her waist, that's me. Feel free to just come up to me and say hi. I'll probably have glasses on, too.
