What is the DBS canon? Anime, manga or both?

I go by this canon:

Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Kai, Dragon Ball Super, and History of Trunks.

It is whatever you want, really. Some people like to throw in some movies, or certain filler scenes.

Do you prefer Minus or the Bardock movie? That's they key part missing to complete your cannon.

I never liked Minus since Goku's origins become too similar to Superman. PLUS, the stupid statement about Frieza knowing what a Super Saiyan God is.

How in the fuck would he know that while Vegeta had never heard of it?

I haven't seen the Bardock Movie, so I may give it a go and try, but I may just choose neither, hahaha.

Especially since on Namek Frieza had trouble coming to grips with the fact a Super Saiyan was real.

The anime is going to reach a wider audience and is de facto the main version of the story, thus it might as well be considered "more canon" than the manga.
