Dragon Ball: 22nd Budokai/Great Demon King Piccolo arcs. Its a tough choice. They are both really good! The introduction of Tenshinhan, Chaozu, and the Crane Hermit, the School Rivalry. then there is Kuririn's death, Tambourine, Piccolo and (Not) Dragon Fist

DBZ/Kai: Majin Boo arc. This arc... since Kai ended on Nicktoons in 2012, i've been waiting for this. Then in November 2012, Kuririn's VA said it was happening. I was so happy! Then in 2014, I watched the whole thing subbed, Kai till it ended and I LOVED it! Now i'm watching The Boo arc every saturday night at 11:00 and hoping to get Part 1&2 on Blu-ray for my birthday in May.

DBGT: Baby arc. The least boring arc in the show. That is all

DBS: Future Trunks arc. What got me into Super

Dragon Ball: Piccolo Daimao-23rd Budokai Arc. All the tension during Piccolo Daimao Arc, Tao's revenge and Goku vs Ma Jr on the 23rd Budokai... Everything was just great here. And the introduction of my favourite character: Piccolo Jr.

Dragon Ball Z: Android/Cell. All the story was great, the ending was perfect (I like the Buu Arc, but it would be better end Dragon Ball here), Gohan's ascension, Vegeta's redemption, badass scenes to my favourite characters (Piccolo vs 17, Tien vs Cell, everything about Trunks) and Trunks history on the anime was great too. I also love the Saiyan Arc, but it's behind the Android/Cell.

Dragon Ball GT: Baby Arc was nice, and way better than Super 17.

Dragon Ball Super: Black Arc. Black and Zamasu were great villians, the return of Trunks was great... But the ending was a bit bad.

Saiyan arc, it's ridiculous how much it's slept on. It has the best fight scenes, best character development, best art/animation (manga-wise, at least), best writing, and most interesting lore.

It's pretty much everything that's great about Dragon Ball (and shonen in general) mixed into one.

Original Dragon Ball: 22nd tournament. It's got my favorite fight in the series.
Z: Saiyan. It's my favorite in the whole series.
GT: Baby. It's pretty good.
