I'm not so sure Viz need a new translation, to be honest. The only real problem with their translation, aside from the censorship, is the inconsistent style. Plus, I'm not sure Viz would be willing to do a new translation; too expensive and time consuming. A clean-up like I'm suggesting would be much easier, far cheaper, and still please the fans who don't like the current translated dialogue.
But, as for the uncensored Kanzenban, hell yes. The Full Colours are nice, and at the moment the only release without any art censorship, but having the full original Toriyama artwork as seen in the Kanzenbans would be great.
