Thanks for the link(s). I was hoping for more of a sketch but this will do fine. SNL still isn't funny though. :)

You can call me Rick because I'm not actually Piccolo.
I missed out on all of the DB Movie fun, huh?
Point blank: it's gonna suck if you want it to. Personally, I'm seeing it as a comedy.

Well, it does seem strange that they would parody the series now of all times. I mean, the peak of its popularity was around '99/'00-ish in America.

Hmm... yeah, that was pretty stupid. Nonetheless, it's always interesting to see DBZ in today's mainstream society. And the JP version references were pretty badass. Who knew SNL knew about Ore ga Yaranakya Dare ga Yaru and Head Cha-La. Kudos for them on that, at least.

But why the hell did they have a blue-haired Anzu in there?!

Heh, I saw this on Saturday. It totally took me by surprise. Pretty funny, though.

I didn't even notice that until you said that.

Yeah, that is weird. But it's more like a weird blue-haired Anzu-Shizuka fusion.

that "fat dude" would be William "The Fridge" Perry of the Super Bowl XX champion Chicago Bears. 8) that's why this video wins

It wasn't funny, but SNL hasn't been for a long time.

Indeed. That exactly sums up my feelings on it.
