If you don’t count the retcon that Dr. Gero based #16 off his dead son, then I guess he would qualify. Counting that, I guess Van Zant would be the answer.
By the way, it’s been a while since I saw the Barry Khan episodes. Did he try to kill Pan before or after he got infected with that parasite?
