Don't forget dying again when Buu killed them all. And the people Majin Vegeta killed at the stadium.

That doesn't matter since Porunga revived them. Heck, Porunga could even revive people more than once, as shown with Kuririn, Tien, Yamcha, etc.

Dende's DB didn't have the same restrictions as the other two sets did.
