No, it just means that it's an inconsitiency. That's like saying Cyborg Freeza didn't come to Earth because there was no way Freeza could've survived on planet Namek. It's not any sort of "proof", just TOEI appealing to its audience.

I don't think that that's actually a proper comparison Deus, because the events on Namek and cyborg Freeza took place in the manga and anime. Movie 9 is anime only, so it's a totally different case.

Just because Cyborg Freeza is canon, doesn't make it any less ridiculous.
