Has anyone ever seen this? Dragon Ball Safety

Actually, they were released with the DragonBall Dragon Box. As far as the 1993 Fuji TV year-end special goes, I'm still pissed that Toei didn't put that on one of the Z Dragon Boxes.

I know you have it in your archives Toei, so why didn't you release it?! :x
They'll pull it out for the Blu-Ray releases.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Toei hasn't officially stated anything regarding the TV year-end special or releasing DragonBall on Blu-ray. They're both just fanboy speculation.

I never said it wasn't possible, I just said that nothing official has been announced. Personally, I want it to happen and think that it most likely will somewhere in the future. How far in the future... quite a bit.
