Another example of Japanese misuse in the Ocean dub is when Goku says: "It's not Kung-Fu, it's the Kame Sen'nin style of fighting".
Heh heh...wow, I'd totally forgotten about that little dub nugget. It's pretty awesome they'd even attempted to use that.
Of course, very early Ocean/Saban was fairly decent in the script department, and the first few episodes originally used words like "kill", "die", etc. It wasn't until Kuririn went to Chichi to break the news about Goku's passing that the "next dimension" crap came into play, and from there the script alterations only got worse.
