Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
Ok so I know these aren't Dragon ball related but if someone could shrink these down while keeping the gif animation that would be lovely! They're already 245x245 so a shrink down would solve everything, I tried myself but it lost the animation...Please help!
