DBZ portion of Manga to be in full color?!

Well, Cold, you CAN read the Japanese version on a PC, just buy from a store that has ebook-reading software for PC (I bought Z volume 1 from BookLive! and I have access to it on PC).
I don't think you need Internet to read it after downloading it, you just can't read it directly from the PC without any software (or copy the files in any way), you need their free software to open it.

Ah, now this could be interresting!
No "copy" option is expected, as well as a special program to see it (just like for the digital Pilaf arc), but does the screen cap work (just like for the digital Pilaf arc)?
Or even more simply, do they have a "put this as your wallpaper" option directly included without even needing to screen cap anything?

Printscreen won't work.
As for anything else, I don't know, the program is all Japanese and I don't understand a word of it.

So would I, but I can understand why they can't do that, I bet hundreds of people would just rush to forums which are not as respectful as Kanzenshuu with the franchise products and just give them all over!
It's the only point that bothers me though: when you have it in paper format or if you can screen cap, you can immortalize an image you like and have it stun you on your desktop! You can use it however you want for your own personal use!
When I see preview pictures such as Kaioken-Goku giving his first, full-page punch to Vegeta, I find it most amazing, and would be terribly frustrated at not being able to tell him "place this on my desktop so that it stuns me everytime I see it!"

I think instead of locking screen caps, they should have a system that locks Internet while you're viewing the file, or unable it to be uploaded to any site.
But then, I guess people would just create an alternative copy by using another program and re-saving it with a different format and file name to bypass that security...

I liked their system for the Pilaf arc: a specific program to read it that prevented any deviance, with coded files and inability to save, but it still allowed screen caps to keep in store a few images you wanted. It was clever.

While I admit that the link you provided is doing some interesting stuff by editing the panels together TV-style, this is a legitimately-released produced that's coming out in two countries simultaneously for cheap. We won't be allowing pirated versions to float around.

I think so... However, so far it seems the chapters are just random, but it would be cool if they are slowly doing them all, even if going out of order.

Seems like they will release 1 chapter for each of the four currently available arcs (Son Goku, Red Ribbon Army, Piccolo Daimao, and Saiyan arcs) every Tuesday. I guess they will start the Freeza, Cell, and Majin Boo arcs when they are released.

We actually talked about the past color manga release on the podcast, but I don't think it ever made it into a news update. It'd definitely something we'll mention at some point and document on the appropriate pages.

We're still working out how to document this wonderful new format in the Manga Guide, which again further complicates explaining what-is-what to people.

Starting with Gohan's first outfit. I said a few pages ago that it'd be the same as the anime, but I wasn't totally correct. It's the anime outfit with a green hat (basically your thread's image 1) with image 2)'s hat).

All scouters are green in this version. I'm torn because while I think Bulma with purple hair/eyes looks really cool, I also preferred scouters coming in a variety of colors.

The colors make it easier to notice that Nappa's scouter suddenly disappeared from his face. They could have fixed that.

I was literally going to post that as well. Sucks that they didn't bother to do anything about it.
