As much as I'd like to see some fluid martial arts I think that we are just going to see 'Who can provide the biggest power beam?'.

What about some new and interesting techniques? Like how in the Jump special Avocado used a Wahaha no Ha. Or, maybe a fusion other than Gotenks? But I doubt it...

I bet though that this Cat/Rabbit villain will transform, because... well... What main villain in DB doesn't transform? Unless that woman deity is the main villain...

I think we have a very good chance of seeing new and interesting techniques based on the miniaturized Pilaf Gang on the poster art (and the theorized Vegeta-Pilaf body-swap based on the movie figurines). I hope there's a nice variety of these techniques too. Magical/reality-warping techniques give an edge to what would otherwise just be a "who's physically stronger" battle.

Extremely unlikely, but after the figures seeming to imply Pilaf and Vegeta switching minds, I want Goten and Trunks to switch with Yamcha and Tenshinhan.

Fu-sion, HA! *da dada da* Yamhan! =P

I think if he has a transformed state, it will look like a werecat. In his base form, this character reminds me of Kid Buu. I think he could have a fighting style very similar to that of Kid Buu: wild, effective, and unpredictable.

I agree, if his base form is calm and reserved looking we can bet his transformed state would be a bulky unleashing of energy, I imagine his personality to be like Zarbon's.

He looks like he might be a Strategist. Maybe he'll fight like Piccolo. Reserved while always trying to stay one step ahead of the game. I can also see him being really fast. I'm hopping they do enough to all the characters on their toes.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

More like Pikkon than Piccolo. The Piccolo fighting as a strategist comes from the Fusion Saga during which he doesn't fight.
In fact, in the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament and in his other fights in the series, Piccolo isn't that strategic.

IMO, in his base form, the purple anthropomorphic cat fights like Pikkon. And in his werecat form, if he has one, he fights like Super Garlic Jr. or Kid Buu.

At this rate we're going to iron out a complete script for the movie before the first proper trailer hits.

I wonder if Piccolo levitating the pyramids will unleash the bad guys, lol.

Anyway, I'm just going to enjoy the movie rather than read fan theories/possible spoilers for what the script will be. (or if it's already been leaked on the Japanese internet and someone translates it) Can't wait til the movie comes out!

I'm just letting the clock run until V-Jump comes out this Wednesday. I don't want to theorize any further until I get more information. After all, we don't even know Cat-Guy and Mystery-Lady's names yet.

I'm also considering abbreviating my references to the movie title as "B.O.G" or "BOG" to save typing time. Movie 14 seems like something I should use after it's over. Just kinda tired of calling it DB2013 or DB13, especially now that we have an official title.

Well we all know who's going to kill/defeat the main guy.. Goku..! It's kind of sad knowing that.

He is the main character. It's like not wanting Luffy or Naruto to beat the main villain in One Piece or Naruto.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Except unlike their cases, Gohan would also realistically be able to do it, like with Cell. Totally won't happen, though.

Gohan became the main character temporary. Later, Goku returned as the main character.

I know that. But because of his position, he could have become the main character again. That ship has long since sailed, but wanting Gohan to beat the main villain wouldn't be the same as wanting Zoro or Sakura to do it.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards that too. What's funny is that his hair looks like his ultimate form, but they probably re colored it Super Saiyan for the promotion. I honestly don't think they dropped the form for no reason.

Reminds me of the Budokai 3 opening for some reason.

I hope Gohan should kill off the main villain. Goku already killed off Hildegarn and every major villain in GT. Let someone have a chance for once again.
