Bulma's cup size is actually D and D cups aren't that big.

For a slim girl/woman, D is pretty big.

C or D cups may be average cups for women, but that's only so because that includes women with all kinds of weight and age.

It's rare for a slim girl to have *natural* large breasts, no matter what the media tells you.

This is a...strange conversation, but it's worth pointing out that the manga just says '85' as in 85cm. There's no mention of a cup size whatsoever. Viz appear to have just approximated a size.
