Somehow I doubt that. For the same reason they didn't in EoZ or GT. >.>
"Dragon Ball once became a thing of the past to me, but after that, I got angry about the live action movie, re-wrote an entire movie script, and now I'm complaining about the quality of the new TV anime. It seems Dragon Ball has grown on me so much that I can't leave it alone." - Akira Toriyama on Dragon Ball Super

Do we really need an explanation for why they're wearing a particular set of clothes?

It's... just clothes. We don't need a full detail about it. I guess it'll be nice to see them actually change into the outfits but it's not nesscary.

Great, DBZ has passionate fans in Latin America for them already get a dubbed trailer, it's amazing.

Yes.

Why would do they change after years using the same clothes? (Android to Boo Arc)

Goku change clothes all the time. Look at the minor details. Even at EOZ he debut a blue GI.

Why do they change at the multitude of times before that, with no explanation given? Because people are allowed to wear more than one set of clothes. How on earth does this need any sort of explanation?

Do you need every single detail explained to you, dude? Sometimes characters change clothes. "Android to Boo Arc" is literally, like, 2 (major) arcs of length. There have been wardrobe changes throughout the series and in various movies.

EDIT: Seems someone already replied. My mistake.

Yes, but... EoZ was 10 years after Boo Arc if I remember correctly, so is totally acceptable because after so many years, it's normal that they think about making changes.

Now in RoF that is 9 months after BoG, they decide to change? Goku now without the blue part under his shirt and with different boots, Vegeta with a different armor and black instead of blue, I would like a little explanation at least.

Yes.

Or could you swallow Freeza off-screen overwhelming training? Goku and Vegeta training with Whis without a legit explaination?

Explanations are always welcome, because they help in a better plot development

Goku changed clothes almost every arc in DBZ. Minor details my friend minor details. Lastly can't you just ASSUME with content clues that maybe just maybe they changed because either A. They're students. B. Bulma made Vegeta one. C. Goku was going to change anyways. Next movie he'll probably have a blue GI.

Freeza's Mexican Voice Actor did a good job in this :) Just the laugh at the end was a bit off for me...

B..But... its just their clothes, or do you want an explanation of why Bulma changes her hair style in almost every saga?

Despite the fact that I could, and have swallowed both of those things easier; Either by figuring out what it must be myself (Whis is one of the strongest dudes ever so obviously Goku and Vegeta would want to go train under him) or just accepting the explanation given (Freeza has never trained, so when he finally did it was really effective).

Explaining something as minuscule as a wardrobe change doesn't develop the plot enough to where it's absence is harmful.

Yeah it could be either one of these options (A,B,C) I just wanted a little explanation, nothing else.

It's cool though that Goku Gi in this movie resembles his Gi in EoZ so it would be nice to see he wearing it in the third movie as you said.

Yes they would like to train with him, but which purpose and for why? Is Whis training them to succeed Beerus? Or is just that he is preparing them for a really big threat? I don't know...

Okay, Freeza never trained... But where he trained? Which methods he choose? Showing Freeza passing through a harsh training, his desires, frustrations and fears all that showing how he feels about his past humiliations and how he will feel about finally achieving the power that he think it will be enough to have his revenge would be a great way to develop his character even more.

Why does Yajirobe have a mustache during the Buu arc rather than shave it?
Why did Bulma decide to wear a red dress to the 25th TB rather than a lime green tunic?
Why does Raditz have a red ring around one leg rather than both?
Why did Goku wear a purple gi at the start of the series rather than a red one?

These questions and more, dire ones, that Toriyama desperately needs to answer, lest our suspension of disbelief be utterly decimated. He owes us an explanation. It makes no sense for a character to simply have a preference for something at one point in time or another. Absolutely not.

...to get stronger. Why else? It's a known fact that Goku will train simply to get stronger. Vegeta tagged along because he's not gonna sit by and let Kakarot train under a God's attendant without him. These are blanks you can easily fill in yourself if you'd take the time to think about it.

That stuff would be cool but...at the end of the day, why doesn't it matter in the long run? The focus/point of the film is Freeza coming back to fight our heroes. Showing all of that does little for his development...especially when he ends up dying again anyway.

Goku wants to get stronger, Vegeta didnt want to get left behind, Whis wanted some delicious food, thats their reason.
Tho Beerus was cautious of Goku claiming that he's after him and having 2nd thoughts on becoming the new God of destruction lol.

Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

They completely butchered the Latin trailer. Why did they have to change music at the beginning? Freeza's VA was a bit of a letdown as well, he can do way better.

After that Whis kinda teased Beerus, he said if both Goku and Vegeta works together they have a chance on beating Beerus, then there was a sweat on his face shouting at Whis that ''hey dont give them any funny ideas'' probably why some JP fans were saying Whis>Goku&Vegeta>Beerus

Hayashida Norhiro's comments make it sound like this was a very creatively disengaged movie. I'm not surprised he brought on Yamamuro as director. His through process was probably "this is the guy with the most experience with Toriyama, which we want to faithfully put on the screen" and that was it.

This is from about 12 or 13 pages back, but I just caught this and I wanted to address it. In New Zealand Australia, winter more or less corresponds to summer up in the northern hemisphere. So we're talking June, July, August period. If I recall correctly, BOG was screened down here in August of last year, so we'll probably be looking at a similar, if not the same, month again for this movie.
