I think the scene is too vague and too "gaggy" to be used to make calculations, and I doubt Toriyama or Toei thought about it that hard.

Mr. Popo said he was faster than lightning, no one contradicted him, so he spoke the truth. Kami is stronger/more talented whatever than Mr. Popo is, so he is probably even beyond that. 3 Years later Goku and Piccolo move so fast, that Kami even with his GODly eyes is unable to see them, Goku and Piccolo are without a doubt a lot faster than lightning, when fighting.

The speed of lightning is hard to figure out though, but the general consensus is that its highest speed is 148.800 Km/sec. ca. ½ of the speed of light in vacuum(and its lowest at approximately 1/10th). So even if we can't properly figure out how long it took for Piccolo's blast to reach the moon, it doesn't contradict anything to claim, that Raditz was faster than light, while fighting, because it's only logical to assume Piccolo's best attack was, besides being his strongest, also the fastest he could muster, explaining his surprise at Raditz evading it.

In the same arc we see Goku travelling a distance of 1.000.000 kilometres in 6 months!!! proving that fighting speed >>>>>>>> Travelling speed, as Goku's goal on the lookout was to get faster than lightning, and surpass Popo, which he did, when we saw, that not even Kami could see him.

EDIT: If you don't believe that then there is also Muten Roshi running 100 metres in 5,6 seconds giving him an average speed of 64,3 km/h, while he later on was able to catch 12 bullets shot by a Red Ribbon soldier, proving that travel speed is far from being equal to fighting speed, just like in the real world.

EDIT2: Shunkan Ido is more than 10x faster than light at least!

23rd Goku did surrived a attack that wipe out a Island with no damage, and is stronger then Roshi who can blow up a Moon with enough ki. I'm not sure how can deal with the logias, and WB seems the only who has a decent chance of winning. I see Goku winning with some major effort.

I'm gussing you are talking about Silver Age Superman (60's - early 80's before the events of COIE)? While SA Superman might not always fight at his top speed, I still say wins for having a better durability, and strength. Both SA Superman and Super Girl surrived Galaxy busting with no damage, and can pick up large starts then throw them like toys.

End of Series Alucard or Pre-Schrodinger Alucard before the end of the manga? I'm not sure if Piccolo Diamo would be strong enough to kill EOS Alucard seeing that EOS Alucard can't die unless his soul is remove. He might able to BFR him, but Alucard might win.

Which Nartuo. Seeing that DBE Goku almost die after getting stab from Mai, I see Nartuo winning this unless he fires his kamehameha.

King Kong vs Oozaru

Which Oozaru and Kong are we using? If its Goku when he first become a Oozaru against Toho's Kong then Kong should able to win if he is power up seeing that he was able to stand up to Godzilla's ray at full force (Which melt large rocks easily), and that he has decent combat skills. I think Kong '33 and Kong '76 might lose, I have no idea how Jackson's Kong would put up a fight.

To "kill" a Galactus that was weakened from hunger, it took the combined efforts of three galaxies, including the Fantastic Four, the Shiar Empire, and some Kree warships. I tend to think of that as similar to Goku's Genkidama in GT.

Galactus wasn't really dead, though. All of that only managed to break his armor, rendering him incapacitated for a while.

However... Galactus being really, really, really hard to kill doesn't mean he can take down Vegetto.

On the panel, where we see it from outer space Gotenks circled the Earth 5 times, but his loops were not done on the surface of the planet, they were high above that meaning we don't know how much he really did, in that instant.

So, I've been getting into Saint Seiya(I'm at the part where SAORI WAS SHOT WITH AN EVIL ARROW AND THE HEROES MUST PLAY AT HOROSCOPES TO STOP THE POPE!) and I was wondering if Goku could beat any of the Gold Saints. I know he can dominate Seiya but the GS seem so broken, especially the Virgo(who is said REPEATEDLY to be "second to God") and the Leo("Seiya! Your Meteor of Pegasis can reach speeds of one-hundred blows per second, but being the Gold Saint that I am, ALL of my blows travel at light velocity, so I can fire one-hundred MILLION blows per second!!")
