Hey, could we start a new thread with links to the scanlations, because going through 13 pages is a bit boring ^^;

Why, are you clicking every single page? Lol, just go to the last page, we don't need to create a new thread, having all the scans in one thread is better than being scatered in many, people searching for them will be even more boring... :?
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

In order to find every page, I had to do that, going to the last page only gives you links to volume 3. Having all the links on page one of this thread would be appropriate, but seeing how the thread starter has nothing to do with the scanlations....

I agree, it would be useful to newcomers to this series.

If it helps at all, this site has all the English translations in one spot.

Hey tomac, just curious if you are ever going to do cleaned versions for Volume 1. I've looked through the thread and found your cleans for volume 2 and 3, but not 1....

I just read the fanfic, and I must say that I am impressed. I liked how Vegeta actually held his own for awhile. The fusion between goten and trunks.

My only issue is that Gohan going ssj5 was too quick. So I'm hoping that the enemy is holding his power. and hoping he wont be foderized

If Google Translate is correct, volume 4 should hopefully be released by Winter Comiket - which is just around the corner!
(There seems to be a fair amount of Dragonball doujinshi being released recently for Winter Comiket.)

Sorry, Young Jijii says he'll be putting out a ToLove-ru: Darkness doujinshi for the Winter Comiket, and so will be taking a break from AF for a while to focus on that instead. He's considering selling some AF for next year's Summer Comiket though, but it's not definite yet.

I don't think so, but they'll maybe get to meet each other at Comiket someday.

Young Jijii updated his blog with 3 new pictures of Volume 4.
Here are the sneak peek pages he uploaded so far :

I don't read Japanese, but I'm pretty sure Young Jijii confirmed that Volume 4 should be ready for the next summer comiket. I can be wrong, though.

He says he wants to sell some AF at next year's summer Comiket. He still doesn't seem quite definitive about it.

Hmm...new demonic villains, one of whom seems to be inspired by (and/or ripped off from) Beelzebub from Toriyama's Sandland. Makaio/Makaioshin perhaps?

Thanks to everyone you uploaded and translated this fanmanga. :)

I'm enjoying this, although I have the same criticisms as other people have voiced in this thread (Ice being able to keep up with SSj3 and SSj4 characters, the way SSj5 was introduced, no real story, etc). It's still an interesting read, and the teaser pages look like the series could be improving soon by introducing new villains, which is nice.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!
