They weren't on Kaio's planet, because that was blown to smithereens and stuff. Also, it was "40 tons," not "What would be 40 tons if we were on Earth." But overall, I agree with you. Goku's training there was more like shadow boxing, so it can't be used to extrapolate anything too precise about his sheer weightlifting prowess.

No, it could be 40 tons of mass. Weight would then change based on gravity. It was actually South Kai's planet which they were borrowing.

All of the Kai's planets are in the afterlife. Heaven is a big planet that's also there. That's where Goku was training with Kaio before the 25th tournament.

I thought he was on Dai Kaio's planet, even in the manga :? .

The guides specify that it's heaven.

The planet where those who have been judged by Enma Daio to be good people reside. Goku trained here heading into the 25th Tenkaichi Budoukai.
Herms wrote about it a bit in his God Guide, too.

Dai Kaiou's planet isn't ever mentioned in the manga.

Actually I just scanned over the manga on Volume 36, it's actually the West Kai who shows up watching Goku and King Kai. It doesn't explicitly say where they are. Heaven is a possibility, but that's where all the souls go. I personally don't see the Kais hanging around where all the bodiless dead souls are, so it's my personal opinion they are training on some other planet.

You were right the first time; it was South Kaio. West Kaio is the female-looking one who only appeared in filler. And like I pointed out, the guides tell us it's heaven.

Going off topic here..
But is "west" symbolic of someone female or something? Because both West Kaio and West Kaioshin are females. :?:

I thought East Kaio was the female.

You're right. My bad. West Kaio is the one with the monocle.

Well, Vegeta would just have to poke him with his hair. Spikes=Bad.

Kidding aside, Megaman does seem kinda fragile to lasers and such, so Vegeta could probably waste him.

SSj3 Goku vs. Post-Annihilation Silver Surfer:

How do you think this battle would go? I think SS would likely would win since he is so much stronger then he was before thanks to Galactus powering up, and he was able to surrived inside of a Black Hole. Not to mention he can channel Goku's Ki blasts and absorb them since he was able to turn engery into light before.

One ki blast from Kami is all that is needed to kill off the Jedi Master.
Even though he has some impressive feats of telekinesis such as moving space ships, but against a guy with strength equal to that of old Piccolo Daimaou, who certainly have the power required to raze a city.

Dodon Pa = Tao Bye Bye Obi Wan.
I know it's a terrible pun but I couldn't resist

Blue does have superior strength, but Mantis could break Blue like a twig or mindswipe him before he realises anything.
