Yeah, it is. Videl is Bideru in Katakana, and Virus could be Birusu. Phonetically it probably wouldn't work, but, spelling wise - it is 100% a valid romanization.
Well, "virus" would be ビールス rather than ビルス. I suppose it's close, but it's not the direct word or anything (like, say, Cell, or Trunks). Of course, not everyone has a direct pun name (like, say, Freeza).

Virus > ウイルス (Uirusu) > ウイス (Uisu) > Vis
Virus > ビールス (Biirusu) > ビルス (Birusu) > V'rus
Interesting approach.

What was Vegeta saying?! Gah! almost 20 years of watching Japanese cartoons, you would think I could at least get the jist of it, but no!

Pilaf is pretty much a gag character at this point. Sure, him being in this movie is an awesome throwback. But I think they picked Pilaf so they can lighten the mood a bit. I think the proper term is "comic relief".

"Aitsu, tondemonai!" which is roughly "You guys are outrageous/ridiculous/terrible."
That maniacal tie-in movie toy of his has me so curious about what Vegeta's role in the movie will be. I was happy to see him get a bit more time in this trailer.

Would be cool if he had the power to alter the age of someone, like it looks has happened to Pilaf and co.
Could also explain why Vegeta's figure looks like a spoilt brat.

I couldn't quite make out the line after Krillin's, but here's my translation of the trailer:
In this world, there's a god who spreads life throughout planets. And on the other side, there's a god that exterminates the lives of planets. Creation and destruction, both are required in order to maintain a balance.
Goku: Yo, how about we go at it for a bit?
Kaio: You idiot! Only a fool would go picking a fight with the gods!
Satan: Hey cat monster, I'll take you on!
Vis: Shall you destroy the Earth, please?
Vegeta: H-he's unbelievable!
V'rus: Before creation, comes destruction!
Roshi: A god, destroy us!?
Goten & Trunks: We're your opponent!
Krillin: The Earth is done for...!
Piccolo: No, the entire Galaxy is going to be wiped out.
Goku: Kamehameha!!
Thanks to Kei for that last line by Piccolo there.

The only thing about the aging/de-aging power is that it's what One Piece Film Z is already doing; it's a power one of Z's henchpeople has (and she uses it on Nami and Robin.). Would it be too much repetition from Toei to use that same power twice in a row?

To be more precise, it's "Aitsu, tondemonai zo!".
Aitsu refers to
he/she and
that guy.

Haha, forgot about the elongation but, yeah, you're right, haha. But, the gist was there, haha.

Maybe Pilaf, Mai, and Shu just take really good care of their skin.
Or maybe the scene in which they appear is a flashback or dream sequence.

Really? Isn't that Jewelry Bonney?
I don't think they'll mind, personally. Especially since the two movies are already so tied together.

No idea what he's saying, but I'm pretty sure the one talking after Kuririn in the trailer is Piccolo.
At least, that's how it sounds to me...

Hmm, dragonball2013.com has a great shot of the tree on their "story" page. I just noticed some planets around it... I wonder what that could be about...

Looks like they put back Toriyama's note back in the 'Introduction' section.

Why pluralize
kami here? Seems like there's just supposed to be one god of destruction, Bilus. I mean, there could be more, but I don't any information out so far has pointed in that direction.

This woman in OPZ with age-powers is called Ain; and her powers are like Jewelry Bonney's, only Ain seems to be able to only de-age people back 12 years, as opposed to whatever age she would like. She turns Nami into a child and Robin into a teenager.

Piccolo says "Iya, gingakei ga nakunaru zo..." which roughly means "Instead, the Galaxy is gonna vanish".

... Good point. I didn't really think that one through when translating it. Edited it. Thanks for the heads up, Herms.

I was listening closely to the trailer and noticed that Mr. Satan said "bakeneko" (cat monster) instead of "baka neko" (dumb cat).
